Research at the National Flood School has shown that the majority of damage to properties can be restored very quickly if the correct technology is used by a well trained technician in a systemised way. Disaster Care's idea of the right technology and a well trained technician is different to that of our competitors.

Non-franchise network
The actual skill in restoring a property lies with the operator or technician on site. Every property is different and requires assessment skills and experience i.e. technically competent people. Disaster Care Technicians are independent contractors united by the common bond of professionalism, competence and the desire to succeed. They are not charged any franchise fees and are not required to buy any product from Disaster Care. We have a very stringent application procedure which ensures we only use contractors who operate to exacting management, technical and health and safety standards.
Specialists for specialists jobs
Disaster Care expects all our field based technicians to be trained to the very highest international standard in their chosen field. We do not allow generalist restorers. It simply isn't true that a good water damage technician also makes a good smoke damage technician. If they haven't passed the required tests, they don't go to the job.
Our training requirements are the highest in the industry with courses tailored for the job that needs to be done.
Disaster Care has over 100 qualified operators with over 300 staff, fully resourced to deliver our service throughout the UK.
