We have a very stringent application procedure which ensures we only use experts who operate to exacting management, technical and health and safety standards.

DisasterCare Platinum expects all its field-based staff to be trained to the very highest international standard in their chosen field. We do not encourage generalist restorers. It simply isn't true that a good water damage technician also makes a good smoke damage technician. If they haven't passed the required tests, they don't deal with the claim.
