DisasterCare Platinum is a specialist restoration service catering for high value insurance claims – which believes in the best interests of its customers.

We have carved out a niche in the marketplace - partnering with a select number of insurers to deliver a nationwide restoration service that moves away from more commodity-based restoration projects and is tailored towards more challenging projects.

Areas of expertise include water damage restoration, structural drying, fire and smoke removal, mould and microbial remediation – as well as accidental damage to carpets and soft furnishings.

With our headquarters in Farnham, Surrey, we have invested heavily in the latest technology to ensure clear lines of communication with insurers - with detailed site reports, estimates and schedules of work delivered to clients within minutes of technicians leaving a site.
